Intravenous Ketamine Outperforms Intranasal Esketamine in Depression
(10/10, Medscape) reports “Twice-weekly intravenous (IV) ketamine over a 4- to 5-week induction period for severe treatment-resistant depression (TRD) was associated with a faster and greater reduction in symptoms than intranasal (IN) esketamine, although overall tolerability was similar, a new retrospective study showed.” Full
