Yevgeniy Feyman, PhD

Senior Director of Research

Yevgeniy Feyman, PhD, is Senior Director of Research at the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC). He conducts research relevant to current prescription drug payment policies with a focus on drug pricing in Medicare and 340B, applying more than a decade of experience as a health economist and a deep background in research methods. 

Most recently, Dr. Feyman was an economist in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, where he led Medicare Advantage (MA) research, supported work related to the Inflation Reduction Act, and advised the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation on Part D and MA models. Previously, he led research on the Medicare program (including MA and Part D), value-based care, and drug policy in the Veterans Health Administration. 

Dr. Feyman earned his doctorate in health services and policy research from Boston University School of Public Health. He lives in Washington, D.C.
