The methodology relies on distributional cost-effectiveness analysis and contract theory. The authors analyze budget-neutral incentive redesigns, illustrated as a hypothetical 20% increase in the price of one activity financed by reducing another, and quantify the efficiency–equity trade-off using the Equally Distributed Equivalent level of health.” Full
